Serves 4
250g Minced Pork (Sausage Put Of Skins)
500g Minced Beef
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
45g Parmesan, Grated (Extra For Topping)
50g Breadcrumbs
1 Egg, Beaten
Olive Oil
400g Spaghetti

Sauce
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
2x 400g Tins Chopped Tomatoes
75ml Red Wine (Optional)
1.5 tbsp Caster Sugar
